Team Sign Up Fee

1.After you have submitted your team's roster and are directed to this page, please click on the "Donate" button to the left to pay your team's sign up fee and then proceed to step two.
2.Click on the file below to download the waiver that each team member MUST sign before they are eligible to participate in the tournament.
